I've decided to try my hand at blogging.

In coming months and years at this blog, I intend to cover topics like

• whether or not your association should consider getting an audit, review or compilation;
  
• should your association consider getting a loan for a large capital project;
• should your association get a reserve study

I'll also be including articles I find interesting from other sources, related to condominium and homeowner associations in general - not just finance related issues.
