A CPA review can help give you the peace of mind that the management company you use is performing your accounting functions properly and that your accounting reports are accurately stated. However, meeting the state requirements of Section 559.157 of Act 59 of 1978 can be done with less expensive compilations. We are also available to meet with your board to explain our report or other financial issues, like reserve studies. |
